我校召開黨委理論學習中心組(擴大)2021年5月份第一次集體學習會

5月12日,黨委書記高磊(lei)在圖書行(xing)政樓第(di)一(yi)會議(yi)室主(zhu)持召(zhao)開了黨委理論學(xue)(xue)習(xi)中(zhong)心組(擴大)2021年5月份(fen)第(di)一(yi)次集體(ti)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)會。

會議學(xue)習了《中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共產黨統(tong)一戰線工作條例》第(di)一章(zhang)、第(di)二章(zhang),習近平《論中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)共產黨歷史》中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)“正確認識(shi)改革開(kai)放前和改革開(kai)放后兩個歷史時期”“知史愛黨,知史愛國(guo)(guo)”和“學(xue)習黨史、國(guo)(guo)史是堅(jian)持和發展中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特(te)色社(she)會主(zhu)義的(de)(de)必修(xiu)課”。

高磊(lei)指出,黨的(de)(de)十八大以來,習(xi)近平(ping)總(zong)書記高度(du)重(zhong)視黨史(shi)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi),圍繞(rao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國共產黨歷(li)(li)史(shi)發表了(le)系列重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)論述,集中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)體(ti)現在習(xi)近平(ping)《論中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國共產黨歷(li)(li)史(shi)》一書中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)。這(zhe)些重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)論述,體(ti)現著我們黨對(dui)自身歷(li)(li)史(shi)的(de)(de)一貫立場和態度(du),體(ti)現了(le)我們黨對(dui)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)運用(yong)黨的(de)(de)歷(li)(li)史(shi)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)性和必(bi)要(yao)(yao)性的(de)(de)深(shen)刻認(ren)識,是習(xi)近平(ping)新時代中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國特色社會主義思想的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)組成(cheng)部(bu)分。全校領導(dao)干(gan)部(bu)和廣大黨員必(bi)須用(yong)腦用(yong)心用(yong)情學(xue)(xue)習(xi),真正學(xue)(xue)深(shen)學(xue)(xue)細學(xue)(xue)精,在工作實(shi)踐(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)抓好貫徹落實(shi)。

高(gao)磊強(qiang)(qiang)調,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習習近平(ping)《論(lun)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)共產(chan)黨(dang)(dang)歷史》,關(guan)鍵是(shi)(shi)(shi)要理(li)論(lun)聯系實(shi)際學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue),切實(shi)用總(zong)書記(ji)的(de)(de)重要論(lun)述指導實(shi)踐推(tui)動學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)高(gao)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅持(chi)走自己的(de)(de)路。總(zong)書記(ji)說(shuo):“三十多年來,我(wo)們(men)(men)能(neng)夠創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)出(chu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)類歷史上(shang)前(qian)無古人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)就(jiu),走出(chu)了(le)(le)正確(que)道路是(shi)(shi)(shi)根本(ben)原因(yin)”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而言(yan),我(wo)們(men)(men)積(ji)極探(tan)索類型教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)背景下職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)(yang)規律(lv),在省內(nei)(nei)率先實(shi)施完全學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)分制改(gai)(gai)革(ge)、率先推(tui)行(xing)(xing)“書院制”學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理(li)模式改(gai)(gai)革(ge)、面向行(xing)(xing)業(ye)產(chan)業(ye)實(shi)施“以群建(jian)(jian)(jian)院”等(deng),我(wo)們(men)(men)培養(yang)(yang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生不僅懂技術,還(huan)要會(hui)生活,更(geng)要有品(pin)位,這些都是(shi)(shi)(shi)我(wo)們(men)(men)研透(tou)國(guo)家政策文件(jian)結合(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)際而謀定(ding)的(de)(de),這些改(gai)(gai)革(ge)和提(ti)法(fa)領先于省內(nei)(nei)其他(ta)高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),并取得了(le)(le)初(chu)步成(cheng)效,推(tui)動了(le)(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實(shi)現(xian)更(geng)高(gao)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。二(er)是(shi)(shi)(shi)順應世界大(da)(da)(da)勢。“世界潮(chao)流,浩浩蕩蕩,順之(zhi)則(ze)昌,逆之(zhi)則(ze)亡”。我(wo)們(men)(men)順應大(da)(da)(da)勢,緊(jin)抓獨立學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院轉(zhuan)(zhuan)設(she)(she)(she)的(de)(de)機遇,積(ji)極推(tui)進(jin)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)設(she)(she)(she)升(sheng)本(ben)工(gong)作,籌建(jian)(jian)(jian)山東(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技術大(da)(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)。目前(qian)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)高(gao)地(di)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)已成(cheng)為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)(da)勢,我(wo)們(men)(men)必須(xu)因(yin)勢利(li)導、順勢而為(wei),在時代(dai)前(qian)進(jin)潮(chao)流中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)把(ba)(ba)握(wo)主動,贏得發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)代(dai)表最廣(guang)大(da)(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)根本(ben)利(li)益。總(zong)書記(ji)說(shuo):“我(wo)們(men)(men)黨(dang)(dang)之(zhi)所以得到人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)擁護和支持(chi),就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)(shi)因(yin)為(wei)能(neng)始(shi)終代(dai)表中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)最廣(guang)大(da)(da)(da)人(ren)(ren)(ren)民(min)根本(ben)利(li)益”。就(jiu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)而言(yan),我(wo)們(men)(men)堅持(chi)“以教(jiao)師(shi)為(wei)主體、以學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生為(wei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心”的(de)(de)辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)理(li)念(nian),不斷(duan)(duan)改(gai)(gai)善辦學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)條(tiao)件(jian),提(ti)升(sheng)師(shi)生幸福(fu)指數(shu)。引導教(jiao)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)把(ba)(ba)個(ge)人(ren)(ren)(ren)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)相結合(he),小我(wo)融(rong)入大(da)(da)(da)我(wo),在融(rong)入學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)大(da)(da)(da)局中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)現(xian)更(geng)好(hao)(hao)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)自身建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)。黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)革(ge)命取得勝利(li)的(de)(de)三大(da)(da)(da)法(fa)寶之(zhi)一。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)要想實(shi)現(xian)高(gao)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan),必須(xu)做(zuo)強(qiang)(qiang)內(nei)(nei)功,練(lian)好(hao)(hao)“鐵(tie)布衫”,進(jin)一步加(jia)強(qiang)(qiang)教(jiao)師(shi)隊(dui)伍、管理(li)隊(dui)伍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she),不斷(duan)(duan)提(ti)升(sheng)教(jiao)師(shi)的(de)(de)課堂教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)能(neng)力(li)、科研能(neng)力(li),不斷(duan)(duan)提(ti)升(sheng)服務管理(li)水(shui)平(ping)。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)堅定(ding)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)特色社(she)會(hui)主義自信(xin)(xin)。“自信(xin)(xin)人(ren)(ren)(ren)生二(er)百年,會(hui)當水(shui)擊三千(qian)里”。對(dui)我(wo)們(men)(men)而言(yan),目前(qian)正處于爬坡過坎的(de)(de)關(guan)鍵時期(qi),只有全校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)師(shi)生擰成(cheng)一股繩、凝聚一條(tiao)心,堅定(ding)打(da)造(zao)(zao)“打(da)造(zao)(zao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)最好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“創(chuang)建(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)高(gao)等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)‘山職(zhi)(zhi)’樣本(ben)”的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)心,勇往(wang)直(zhi)前(qian)、奮勇拼(pin)搏,才(cai)能(neng)不斷(duan)(duan)開創(chuang)新局。

高磊指出,思政課要加強理想信(xin)念教(jiao)育,在學生中加強四(si)史特別是黨史教(jiao)育,堅持用(yong)社會主義(yi)核心價值觀引領知識(shi)傳(chuan)授,引導學生牢固樹立“四(si)個意識(shi)”,堅定“四(si)個自信(xin)”,立志(zhi)肩負起民族(zu)復(fu)興(xing)的(de)時(shi)代(dai)重任。思政課教(jiao)師要不(bu)斷拓寬歷(li)史視野(ye),加強“四(si)史”的(de)理論研(yan)究,充分挖(wa)掘歷(li)史資源,不(bu)斷提(ti)升教(jiao)學的(de)歷(li)史深度,通過生動、深入、具體的(de)縱(zong)橫比較,把一些道理講(jiang)明(ming)白(bai)、講(jiang)清楚。

高磊強(qiang)調(diao),《中國(guo)共產黨統(tong)一戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)條例》的(de)修(xiu)訂和(he)(he)實(shi)施,是新(xin)時(shi)代加(jia)強(qiang)統(tong)一戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)制(zhi)度體系(xi)建設的(de)重要(yao)舉措,為(wei)“十四五”期間乃至未來(lai)更長時(shi)期黨的(de)統(tong)一戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)事業注入了強(qiang)大(da)動力,具有深刻意義。我(wo)們必須(xu)要(yao)以高度的(de)政治責任感(gan)(gan)和(he)(he)歷史使(shi)命感(gan)(gan),加(jia)強(qiang)統(tong)一戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)謀劃部署。各級黨組(zu)織要(yao)認真組(zu)織學(xue)習《條例》,把(ba)握(wo)和(he)(he)落實(shi)統(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)新(xin)要(yao)求(qiu)。不(bu)斷(duan)創新(xin)統(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)方(fang)式方(fang)法,把(ba)廣大(da)統(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)成員緊緊團結(jie)在黨的(de)周圍,引導他們立足本職建功(gong)立業。為(wei)譜寫(xie)學(xue)校高質(zhi)量發展(zhan)新(xin)篇章(zhang)貢獻統(tong)戰(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)力量。
