為深(shen)入(ru)學(xue)習(xi)(xi)貫(guan)徹落實黨的十九大精神,根(gen)據學(xue)院黨委要求,鐵(tie)道供電與(yu)電氣工程系持續推動“大學(xue)習(xi)(xi)、大調研、大改進”,4月到6月期間,組織教師(shi)分別赴青島鴻普電氣科技(ji)有(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si)、青島地鐵(tie)有(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si)、青島鼎佳電子有(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si)、積成電子有(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si)進行(xing)調研,深(shen)入(ru)了(le)解企業人才培養需求及學(xue)生就業與(yu)頂崗實習(xi)(xi)情(qing)況。

帶著問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)學(xue)習,針(zhen)對問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)調(diao)研(yan),聚集問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)整改,是“大(da)學(xue)習、大(da)調(diao)研(yan)、大(da)改進”的核心要(yao)義(yi)。鐵道供電與電氣工程(cheng)系在(zai)組織教師赴企(qi)業(ye)調(diao)研(yan)過程(cheng)中,始(shi)終堅(jian)(jian)持問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti)導向原則,堅(jian)(jian)持求(qiu)真務實,深入基(ji)層面對面聽取企(qi)業(ye)員工、畢業(ye)學(xue)生意見(jian)建議(yi),深入了解(jie)企(qi)業(ye)及學(xue)生的教育需求(qiu),堅(jian)(jian)決(jue)杜絕漫無目的、走馬觀花、浮(fu)光掠影式(shi)調(diao)研(yan),防止搞(gao)形(xing)式(shi)、走過場。對調(diao)研(yan)中發現的問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),該(gai)系召開教職(zhi)工工作會(hui)議(yi),直面問(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)題(ti)(ti),全(quan)面探討,明確(que)改進路徑和解(jie)決(jue)方(fang)法。下一步(bu),該(gai)系將進一步(bu)加強領(ling)導,健(jian)全(quan)機(ji)制(zhi),強化督(du)導,深入推(tui)進“大(da)學(xue)習、大(da)調(diao)研(yan)、大(da)改進”,確(que)保把各項工作落(luo)實落(luo)細,完善(shan)修(xiu)訂人才培養方(fang)案(an),全(quan)面提(ti)升教育教學(xue)質量,為培養優質人才、助力新舊(jiu)動(dong)能轉換重大(da)工程(cheng)、書寫“奮進之筆”貢(gong)獻積(ji)極力量。
